1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Lisafi application (the "App"), published by WoilaTech (Pont Norvégien, Marché Bantaï, Ngaoundéré, Cameroon), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of the service
Lisafi is a digital credit ledger for merchants: it keeps a running balance per customer, shows who to chase, lets you send reminders via WhatsApp and collect payments by Mobile Money. It is a record-keeping tool — it is not a banking, accounting, tax or legal service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and use the App for a commercial activity. The App is designed for use in Cameroon (+237 phones, CFA francs).
4. Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. An owner who creates a helper account is responsible for that helper's use of the App.
5. Your responsibilities
- You warrant the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter.
- Your customers' data: you are responsible for informing your customers and obtaining their consent to store their information and send them reminders. WoilaTech acts only as a technical processor (see the Privacy Policy).
- You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
6. Subscription and payment
The App offers a 30-day free trial, after which it requires a subscription of 2,000 FCFA per month (the price and period shown in the App prevail and may change). Payment is made by Mobile Money via pawaPay. On expiry, the dashboard remains viewable, but recording new entries and new customers is blocked until renewal. Renewal is manual.
Refunds: started subscription periods are non-refundable. You may stop renewing at any time; your access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
7. Mobile Money payments
Money movements are executed by pawaPay and the Mobile Money operators (MTN, Orange). WoilaTech is neither a bank nor a payment institution and is not responsible for delays, fees or errors attributable to those operators.
8. WhatsApp reminders
Reminders are sent from your own WhatsApp account. You are solely responsible for the content and frequency of the messages you send to your customers.
9. Nature of the ledger
The ledger is append-only (each entry is final; a mistake is corrected with a counter-entry). Amounts are entered by you. Lisafi does not establish the legal value of a debt; in a dispute, the ledger is only one item of evidence among others.
10. Warranties and liability
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of being error-free or continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, WoilaTech is not liable for indirect losses, nor for losses arising from incorrectly entered data, service unavailability or third-party services.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see Account & Data Deletion). We may suspend an account that breaches these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws in force in Cameroon and, where applicable, by the OHADA Uniform Acts.
13. Changes
We may amend these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version; significant changes will be highlighted in the App.
